SPG Pro is a program for meeting planners and event organizers that can earn Starpoints and elite qualifying nights for the business that they throw Starwood’s way.

This promotion enabled SPG Pro members to earn double Starpoints and Elite Qualifying Nights for their Starwood meeting and event business between December 1 – June 30, 2017.
Conclusion
It is interesting to see what happens to all these SPG programs when the program integration in 2018 gets closer. Starwood tends to run much more promotions compared to Marriott.

SPG® members must register at spg.com/double by June 30, 2017, 11:59 p.m. ET. Each eligible event must be booked between December 1, 2016, and June 30, 2017, for arrival between December 1, 2016, and June 30, 2017, (the “Promotion Period”) to qualify for the SPG Pro Double Double promotion.
Registered members can earn double Starpoints® and double Eligible Nights for each Eligible Event Agreement during the Promotion Period.
STARPOINTS: Standard Preferred-level earning is usually 1 Starpoint for every US$3 of eligible revenue spent on meetings and events, up to a maximum of 20,000 Starpoints per Eligible Event Agreement. With this promotion, members may earn 2 Starpoints for every US$3 of eligible revenue spent on meetings and events, up to a maximum of 40,000 Starpoints per Eligible Event Agreement. Elite level member bonuses count separately and are not doubled.
ELIGIBLE NIGHTS: Standard earning is 1 Eligible Night toward elite status for every 20 consumed group room nights, up to a maximum of 20 Eligible Nights per Eligible Event Agreement. With this promotion, members may earn 2 Eligible Nights toward elite status for every 20 consumed group room nights, up to a maximum of 40 Eligible Nights per Eligible Event Agreement.

Bonus Starpoints and bonus Eligible Nights earned under this promotion will be posted to the SPG member’s account within 2–4 weeks of the SPG-participating hotel’s posting of the base Starpoints and Eligible Nights.
The Eligible Nights earned under this promotion will not count toward the 250 total Eligible Nights needed to obtain SPG Lifetime™ Gold status or the 500 total Eligible Nights needed to obtain SPG Lifetime™ Platinum status under Sections 8.4 and 8.5 of the SPG program terms.
There is no limit to the number of eligible events for which an SPG member may earn Starpoints and Eligible Nights during the term of this promotion.
A NOTE ABOUT DOUBLE DIPPING:
If you registered for both the SPG Pro Toast Twice and SPG Pro Double Double promotions, and have a meeting or event with booking and arrival during the three months where these promotions overlap (December 1, 2016–February 28, 2017) that satisfied the terms and conditions for both promotions, you will receive the benefits of SPG Pro Double Double only.
