Marriott has Restaurant and Bars benefits for Bonvoy members in Asia-Pacific for wining and dining at specific hotel outlets even when not staying as a guest.
All members earn 10 points per USD charged and get 10%, 20%, or 30% discount based on the Marriott Bonvoy tier.

Conclusion
The Platinum and higher member discount usually offset the service charge and actual taxes at many participating countries where these are added to the checks.
Just make sure that you do get a copy of the bill and make sure that they record your membership number. Hold on to the receipt that these points often don’t automatically post, and you may need to follow up.
It is easier when you stay at a hotel and charge the F&B expenses to your room (make sure that they are discounted).
These discounts make it more affordable for members to eat at hotel outlets in Asia-Pacific that tend to be pricey to other local options.
